As a Rental Coordinator you are a key asset for our growing Service Center and Collision Shop. Renting vehicles to our more than 2400 customers that come through our shops a month, you will be responsible for not only generating rental income but tracking our rental fleet. Prior experience as a Rental Coordinator is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet 5111 Transit Rd Depew NY 14043
Compensation: $18-$19/Hour
Schedule:  Full Time – Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate rental fleet by managing incoming and outgoing vehicles and engaging and communicating directly with customers
• Coordinate with Service and Body Shop Advisors to assist with getting customers into rental vehicles similar in model to what they are leaving at the shop
• Thoroughly review rental policy and agreements with all required information directly with customers 
• Review any damage and/or charges at the time of vehicle return
• Track fleet vehicle mileage and required maintenance
• Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait period and promote an efficient service method as required
• Inbound and outbound communications to assist customers in a friendly helpful and prompt manner
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
